Hello lovers of poetry and spoken word, Hope you are well. I created this blog for you! My book entitled "The Witness - Poetry, Spoken Word, Poetic Story telling 1984-2019" is now available on Amazon books (online). Posts in this blog are poetry from this book as well as the You Tube Channel "Witness Life. Raise Awareness". Come with me on this scribal journey from 1984 to 2019 where I have written to raise awareness to issues affecting humanity such as self esteem, mental health, abuse, homelessness, bullying, social justice etc.. as well as general daily life and world affairs. If only confined in a book format, my words that give counsel, food for thought, inspiration and hopefully joy and healing can only reach a fraction of humanity, hence I created this blog as well as the You Tube Channel called "Witness Life. Raise Awareness" (please like and subscribe). I will also be posting audiovisual videos from You Tube. Here you will be on a journey from gloom through hope to glory which will not disappoint as issues expressed in poetic prose, from the trivial to serious, will hopefully cause you to reflect, bring healing, inspiration, joy and hopeful generate fruitful conversation and actions.
